Terms of use

Draft for legal review. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Version 2026-10-draft.

The service

Zinga helps shops record sales, stock, customer debts and expenses. It is provided by Uplift Services Limited on a subscription basis after a free trial.

Not a tax or fiscal device

Zinga receipts are business records. They are not ZRA Smart Invoice or fiscal receipts, and Zinga does not file or calculate taxes for you. You remain responsible for your tax obligations.

Your account

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what staff do with the accounts you invite.
  • Record transactions honestly. Voids, refunds and corrections are kept in the audit log.
  • Only record customer information you need, and tell customers you keep it.

Payments

  • Subscriptions are paid in advance. If a subscription expires, your records stay available to read and export, but new transactions are paused until you renew.
  • Online payments are processed by DPO Pay under its own terms. If you connect your own DPO account, payments go directly to you and refunds are made from that account.

Your data

Your shop's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy notice for how data is handled.

Zinga belongs to Uplift

Zinga, its name, logo, design and software are owned by Uplift Services Limited and protected by copyright. Your subscription lets you use Zinga for your business. It does not let you copy, resell, rent out, decompile or reverse engineer the software, copy its design to build a competing product, scrape it, or try to get past its security. Accounts that do so may be suspended.

Availability

We work to keep Zinga available and backed up, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own exports of important records.
